Angel Lush...Make It Your Way! recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package (3.4 ounces) JELL-O ® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed Cool Whip ® Whipped Topping
1 prepared angel food cake or 12 individual round sponge cakes
Mixed fresh berries
Direction:
Combine pudding mix and pineapple in a small bowl and beat
together until well mixed. Incorporate whipped topping by
folding in. Keep inside refrigerator and chill until assembly.
Split the cake into three horizontal slices to fill the angel food
cake. Place and apply filling on the layers. Use berries as topping.
The individual sponge cakes are filled by scooping the filling
with a spoon, and berries are added on top.
Make parfaits by layering angel food cake shaped into cubes,
filling, and 2 cups of berries in 12 individual dessert glasses.
