Banana Split Cheesecake recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup melted butter
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 medium bananas, quartered
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 maraschino cherries, halved
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup pecan halves
Direction:
Combine melted margarine or butter with graham crackers; press
mixture into the bottom of a 9x12-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese with confectioners ’ sugar until smooth.
Spread over graham cracker layer. Arrange bananas and crushed
pineapple over the cream cheese. Top with a spreading layer of
whipped topping. Garnish on top with maraschino cherry halves.
Drizzle over the top with chocolate syrup and scatter with pecans.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours prior to serving.
