Best Ever Chocolate Cake recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
FLUFFY CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1 cup cold whole milk
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Direction:
Mix in a bowl the first five ingredients. Put in vanilla, vinegar, oil
